Depends, what are you looking to do with it? If you need a laptop replacement, its lacking a bit; just a device for browsing RSS and web on the go, its hard to beat; the GPS is said to be on the side of horrible though.

As a portable media unit, it rocks your face off. Try to make it more than that and you may be disappointed.
